After many years of workshops, searching, and therapy, I realised that I was still stuck in my emotional and mental roller coasters. Luckily for me in 2016, a zen master took me by the hand and made me see that by believing each thought and feeling to be true, I was creating my own pool of suffering. The process he took me through changed my negative self-image, and my harmful beliefs. It relaxed my mind. The thought of not being good enough no longer resonates with me. This was a huge achievement.
My goal is to show everyone who joins our course that they have a choice in the way they relate to thoughts and feelings. Once you realise that you are a true masterpiece and that your birthright is to love & accept yourself, you will know that you are good enough just the way you are.
