The aim of the course is for you to explore seeing a different perspective and to realise the nature of thoughts and feelings. When you discover that you have a choice in how you relate to your thoughts and feelings you will become empowered in your life choices. Life is an ongoing journey and you learn one step at a time. We can't promise you to feel a certain % better, but we do hope you make a leap in your well-being and learn to accept and love yourself for who you are.

FAQ 2. What if I want more after the course?
